All records and information relating to clients are confidential. Employees must not disclose any confidential information, purposefully or inadvertently (through casual conversation), to any unauthorized person inside or outside of this company. Any violation of this policy is considered misconduct and may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination, in addition to this company pursuing any other criminal or civil actions that may be available by law.
